Solar eclipse glasses recalled by Dutch Brothers Coffee

Coffee, which has stands throughout the Treasure Valley, handed out eclipse glasses Sunday at many of its locations.

According to Dutch Bros, the glasses were purchased after receiving a certification of ISO - meaning the glasses were safe to use - from the manufacturer.

As for Dutch Brothers, they are asking customers to return the glasses in exchange for a free drink. Because the safety of its customers is of the utmost importance to them, Dutch Bros has issued the voluntary recall.

Idaho Statesman reports Oregon-based Dutch Bros. However, further investigation led Dutch "question this certification" and decide to issue a voluntary recall.

Giving depth to the story are support characters such as Bitti's parents, played superbly by Pankaj Tripathi and Seema Pahwa. When Ayushmann starred in Dum Laga Ke Haisha way back in 2015 he got aware of the fact how word of mouth works for a film.

If you've received a pair of these glasses, you're asked not to use them to view the eclipse. "We apologize for your inconvenience".

The society says the only safe eclipse glasses are those that come from reputable manufacturers and dealers.

You can contact local libraries and NASA viewing events and see if they have any glasses left.

To test for safety, the only thing you can see through a safe solar filter is the sun itself.
