Hand in Hand fundraising efforts will now include Hurricane Irma destruction too

Here's everything you need to know about the Hand in Hand benefit for hurricane relief.

Beyonce, Blake Shelton, Barbra Streisand, Oprah Winfrey are among the celebrities that will headline the one-hour telethon to benefit victims of Harvey and Irma.

"Hand in Hand" will air on ABC, BET, Bravo, CBS, CMT, E!, FOX, HBO, HBO Latino, MTV, MTV2, MTV Live, MTV Classic NBC, Oxygen and Univision, as well as streaming on a variety of online outlets including Facebook and Twitter.

Hand in Hand will feature appearances, performances, taped tributes and messages from some of the nation's biggest stars including Anthony Anderson, Bun B, J Balvin, Beyoncé, Justin Bieber, Connie Britton, George Clooney, Andy Cohen, Stephen Colbert, Sean "Diddy" Combs, Terry Crews, Billy Crystal, Ellen DeGeneres, Robert De Niro, and Drake.

The event is sponsored by the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, Verizon, Apple, Albertsons Companies Foundation, Merck and Paypal and is a program of Comic Relief, Inc. The one-hour telecast will air live from the Grand Ole Opry, Universal Studios in California and Times Square in New York City.

The telethon can also be watched on a number of channel-related live streams. And starting last weekend, anyone with an iPhone, iPad, Mac or PC running iTunes could make their own donations directly through the App Store and iTunes. Phone lines and text messaging will open at the beginning of the show.

The company said Friday that it's giving the donation to the "Hand in Hand" drive, an ongoing fundraiser that will divvy up funds between several organizations.

The relief effort was announced on September 6 and was put together by Houston rapper Bun B and talent manager of Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber - Scooter Braun. Additional Executive Producers are Chris Choun, and Lee Lodge with Jordan Brown, Penni Thow and Barb Bialkowski serving as Co-Executive Producers.
