Offaly students to receive Junior Cert results today

Today (Wednesday) is Junior Cert results day for 1,114 students in Kilkenny.

English results show a slight increase in the numbers achieving an honours grade.

The overall number sitting the exams across the country rose by 2.3 per cent this year to more than 61,500.

As were down in higher French, German, History and Geography.
